You will want to ensure you have the "IP Address" and "Proxy Index" fields populated on your import sheet. For cascaded PDU's the Master will have the proxy index of "1". Slaves will have a proxy index value appropriate for their position in the chain (e.g. 2,3,4 etc.). Attached is an example.
