Please follow the process below for handling RFcode sensor faults (Offline/Low Battery), specifically for sensor types R150 and R155, and the updated replacement sensor R156.
1) When a sensor is found offline or low battery
- If the sensor type is R150 (TMPRCK0000xxxx) or R155 (THSRCK0000xxxx)
- Replace it with an R156 (RMHUMA0000xxxx) sensor.
2) If the replacement sensor (R156) shows an issue
- If the R156 sensor is showing Low Battery or Offline:
- Check the historical data for that device/sensor to identify whether a new sensor replacement is required.
3) Documentation / Notes
- Record the fault found (Offline / Low Battery), the sensor type, replacement action taken, and the review outcome from historical data (for R156 cases).
